villian is fishy. OTT when the T came it decreases the likelihood of him having quads and KK AA were unlikely due to PF action. OTR i didn't think K was in his range cos he called 2 streets. the range i put him on was 4x/55-JJ OTR. should i have b/f OTR instead?
The Flop is so dry TT4r , there is no draw.
ReplyDeletewhat is his fold to flop/turn cbet stats ?
My default , even if the T doesn't come on the turn , i would only want 2 streets of value(Flop and turn) from 4x to JJ and would probably x/c the river.
whether the T comes or not OTT matters alot cos i'm either betting or checking it. as i said it decreases the chances that he has quads if T shows up OTT. and if u think he has 4x to JJ why would u only want 2 streets of value? wouldn't u want to maximise value from them? so i feel either its b/f or shove. (no stats from PT3)
ReplyDeletethe shove on riv is bad becoz u are again folding out worst hands. what hands did u expect to call ur riv shove that u beat?
ReplyDeleteon the turn ur analysis is correct. i will rule him off a T or AA, KK. so i will put him on a pair like 66-99 type. 44 is also possible. OTT you can actually check for PC. as CH said, ur overpair is only worth 2streets of value.

i also felt the river shove is pretty bad, as no worst hand will call u.
ReplyDeleteand the river is also a bad card for u as some fish may actually float u with KJ+ and also got there.
i don't think this is a typical overpair situation. how many times have u seen villians flatting KK AA PF? and if i ruled out the possibility of AA KK OTT i basically have the 2nd nuts losing only to a T. so if there are so many hands i'm ahead of why should i be checking for pot control? OTR its also unlikely villian has a K but in retrospect i think i shouldn't have shove. so should i have bet/fold instead?
